Abstract Submission

Abstract Submissions for 24th Annual NHSN Conference are Now Being Accepted

There is no cost associated with submitting an abstract, and it is not a commitment to attend the conference.  If you submit and are not able to attend, you can withdraw your abstract without penalty. Registration information will be sent to membership when available. Abstracts will continue to be accepted after May 7, however abstracts received after May 7 will not be eligible for travel award consideration.

A limited number of travel awards will be available for NHSN members in good standing (up to date on membership fees) and registered participants whose abstracts are accepted for publication. Registration fees are non-refundable.

To be considered for the program, abstracts must be received by 11:59PM, May 7. Abstract acceptance is not a guarantee to receive a Travel Award.

Travel Award Eligibility Requirements:
1.
Submit your abstract by May 7, 2024 11:59PM (your local time)
2. Be selected for an Oral or Poster Presentation
3. NHSN member in good standing
4. Paid registration to attend conference
5. Complete Travel Prior Document (provided after selection process in June/July)
